The two young Australians going down last night certainly caught the eye of fans all over the world Kokkinakis went down to Nadal , taught an invaluable lesson by the Worlds Number 1 Big future for the 17 year old and Nick Krygios
the 19 year old showed how gutsy going down in 5 after leading two sets to love.On this performance he will be going places and one place is up the rankings. If you have not seen him play below are the highlights of his match
Matches today I will be taking an Interest in.
Chardy vs Ferrer -record number of french players progressing in the draw and Chardy could cause an upset.Have not been impressed with Ferrer to date.
Dellacqua Vs Zheng- the Aussie is really hitting form, will she have the consistency to win this one?
Stosur Vs Ivanovic-Will be a test for both ...cant pick a winner here!
Fognini Vs Querrey -can Fabio combat the big serve!
After Delpotro going out yesterday ...what will day five bring?
apparently there's been no sign of TNZ CEO Steve Johns at any of the Kiwi matches in Australia so far despite the fact he's meant to be at the tournament.....Not good.
ReplyDeletevery disappointing if that is the case....I don't even know why he would be there? its cheaper to skype lol save the money and use it for development.
ReplyDeletethe only people in NZ making money are the staff! of TNZ..Grants and sponsorship pay their wages ...#WASTE
ReplyDeleteHave you seen that TNZ is not really updating its website - no real updates (until days too late) on it's players at the Aussie Open. There are two Kiwi journalists at the Open - Dave Worsley and David Long but they aren't used by TNZ. A real shame TNZ don't seem to care about their own players - seniors or juniors at the Open
