Wimbledon Day 8

Andy Roddick was dumped from the 4th Round by world No 82 Yen Hsun Lu. Roddick's return of serve was just terrible and he will not be pleased with the result.Venus Williams ,Serena  Williams ,Rodger Federer and Rafael Nadal were all amongst the winners.Djoker was effected by a mysterious breathing problem however still got the goods from Hewitt and sadly must say looking like the end of a good career as he failed to capitalize on the ailing Djoker.Below are some of the winners on Day 7.

Today is Ladies Quarter Finals below are my preview and selections.


SERENA WILLIAMS VS NA LI


Serena will not get her own way ,she will in the end be too powerful .Her match with Sharapova was the best of 4th round match-ups and had to play well to win it. Great run from Li however all good things must come to an end.


PETRA KVITOVA VS KAIA KANEPI


Kanepi the qualifier has had an awesome run I am sure it will continue!


KIM CLIJSTERS VS VERA ZVONAREVA


Kimmy defeated Henin in a very scrappy match .Got the goods in the end should get through this to face Venus Williams.


TSVETANA PIRONKOVA VS VENUS WILLIAMS


Another surprise packet but Venus who has just had a book released. Hope its not her ten best dress designs! Venus should get this easy.


MINI WIMBLEDON COMPETITION
